Standard Shipping and Packaging**

A nonrefundable flat fee of $5.95* will apply to each order for our standard shipping and handling service.  Most orders, including all orders** up to 3 lbs., are shipped Priority US Mail (averages 2 day service to most domestic destinations).  Please include both a physical address and a P.O. Box (if applicable) as your package may be shipped US Mail or UPS depending on the quantity and products ordered.

 

Unless a split shipment is requested, each order is shipped complete.  If items are out of stock, and your order can not be shipped complete, we will contact you with options.

                  

* We do not ship outside the United States at this time and additional charges may apply outside the 48 contiguous states.  Priority US Mail is our standard method for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii.  Alaska and Hawaii customers pay only the shipping and insurance costs if the costs exceed our standard $5.95 S&H fee.

 

** Vulkem is a product that does not qualify for Priority US Mail shipping and will have to be shipped UPS Ground.

Cane bolt sets also do not qualify for our standard shipping and handling terms, where if the order weighs less than 3 lbs. the shipment will be sent using Priority US Mail service.  The majority of single set cane bolt orders are shipped using UPS Ground service, but an order with multiple 12" cane bolt sets may be sent using Priority US Mail service.  Our $5.95 standard shipping and handling price is still the same, it is just that an order that includes a cane bolt, and weighs less than 3 lbs., will not necessarily ship using Priority US Mail service.

 

Priority US Mail Shipments

Most orders received by 3pm PST M-F and by 11 am PST on Saturday will ship the same day.

 

UPS Shipments

Most orders received by 3pm PST M-F will ship the same day. Delivery time can range from 2 to 8 days after processing of your order.


Standard Shipping Insurance

Our standard $5.95 shipping and handling service provides insurance on the contents to the point of delivery.  We are not responsible for a shipment once a delivery notification has been issued by the carrier. 

 

If you are concerned about the loss of a shipment at your location, you might consider the following options:

USPS Shipments- you may request Signature Confirmation for an additional fee of $1.75/package.

UPS Shipments- you may request (1) that the package be held for pick-up, (2) Delivery Confirmation Signature Required for an additional fee of $2.25/package, or (3) Delivery Confirmation Adult Signature Required for an additional fee of $3.25/package.  Click the links above for review of each service, the carriers obligations, and your obligations.  Please understand that the above options are not insurance, and that refused/undeliverable package costs will apply if you do not fulfill your obligations and a package is returned.

 

If you select any of the following 3 options, depending on the carrier we select, the additional corresponding service cost will be added to your invoice.

If you wish to have us apply other options that are provided by a carrier, please place your request in the Comments or Instructions box near the bottom of the Shipping & Billing Information Checkout screen, send us an e-mail, fax your request, or call for availability.  If special arrangements are possible you will receive an e-mail acknowledging your request.

 

In the event that a shipment or item/s are lost in transit, we will attempt to replace the item/s, or if unavailable offer a substitution, or issue a refund.


Special Shipping Options

A $5.50 handling fee will apply for all requests other than our standard shipping and handling service (if we use your shipping account, the handling fee will only be $3.00).  Please contact us to determine if special shipping arrangements are possible. You may place your request in the Comments or Instructions box near the bottom of the Shipping & Billing Information Checkout screen, send us an e-mail, or fax your request acknowledging our terms.  If special arrangements are possible you will receive an e-mail acknowledging your request.

 

UPS Shipments

To be considered for expedited UPS shipments you must contact us by 2pm PST.

Reimbursement of expedited shipping costs are limited to that which is provided by UPS.

 

FedEx Shipments

To be considered for same day M-F processing, orders must be received by 10 am PST.

Reimbursement of expedited shipping costs are limited to that which is provided by FedEx.
