Information that you submit will be used solely in reference to the processing of your order. GateLatchUSA respects your privacy and will never sell or distribute your personal information.
Upon completion of the online order process you will receive an e-mail Order Confirmation with a link to view the status of your order.
USPS Shipments- At the end of the day you will receive an e-mail notifying you that your order has been shipped. UPS Shipments- You will receive an e-mail from Quantum View (UPS) that includes a tracking number and a link to access the shipment status.
Order Cancellation/Modifications Orders are processed as they are received. In order to modify or cancel your order, you will need to contact us and receive confirmation that the cancellation/modifications can be made.
Satisfaction Guaranteed***- If not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return any unused item/s in original condition within 30 days of receiving merchandise for a refund of the items purchase price. A return authorization number must be obtained prior to any return, as credit may not be issued for items returned without proper authorization. We suggest that you purchase insurance and obtain tracking information, as we are not responsible for lost returns. ***Special orders can not be cancelled and are non-refundable/non-returnable.
Items and/or amounts that we do not normally stock, that have been brought in at a customers request, are considered special orders. Special orders may require payment in advance.

There is no minimum order requirement. The only consideration is our minimum S&H charge of $5.95.
Standard Shipping and Packaging** A nonrefundable flat fee of $5.95* will apply to each order for which our standard shipping and handling service is selected. Most orders, including all orders** up to 3 lbs., are shipped Priority US Mail (averages 2 day service to most domestic destinations). Please include both a physical address and a P.O. Box (if applicable) as your package may be shipped US Mail or UPS depending on the quantity and products ordered.
Unless a split shipment is requested, each order is shipped complete. If items are out of stock, and your order can not be shipped complete, we will contact you with options.
* We do not ship outside the United States at this time and additional charges may apply outside the 48 contiguous states. Priority US Mail is our standard method for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii. Alaska and Hawaii customers pay only the quoted shipping rate when the price exceeds our standard $5.95 S&H fee.
** Vulkem is a product that does not qualify for Priority US Mail shipping and will have to be shipped UPS Ground. Cane bolts may be shipped using the UPS or USPS service (our option).
Priority US Mail Shipments Most orders received by 3pm PST M-F and by 11 am PST on Saturday will ship the same day.
UPS Shipments Most orders received by 3pm PST M-F will ship the same day. Delivery time can range from 2 to 8 days after processing of your order.
Alaska & Hawaii Shipping Information Priority US Mail is our standard method for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii. Alaska and Hawaii customers pay only the quoted shipping rate when the price exceeds our standard $5.95 S&H fee.

Our standard $5.95 shipping and handling service provides insurance on the contents to the point of delivery. We are not responsible for a shipment once a delivery notification has been issued by the carrier. In the event that a shipment or item/s are lost in transit, we will attempt to replace the item/s, or if unavailable, offer a substitution, or issue a refund.
If you are concerned about the loss of a shipment at your location, you might consider the following options: USPS Shipments- you may request Signature Confirmation for an additional fee of $2.20/package. UPS Shipments- you may request (1) that the package be held for pick-up, (2) Delivery Confirmation Signature Required for an additional fee of $2.50/package, or (3) Delivery Confirmation Adult Signature Required for an additional fee of $3.50/package. Click the links above for review of each service, the carriers obligations, and your obligations. Please understand that the above options are not insurance, and that refused/undeliverable package costs will apply if you do not fulfill your obligations and a package is returned.

If you wish to have us apply other options that are provided by a carrier, please place your request in the Note box near the bottom of the Billing Information Checkout screen, send us an e-mail, fax your request, or call for availability. If special arrangements are possible you will receive an e-mail acknowledging your request.
A $5.50 handling fee will apply for all requests other than our standard shipping and handling service (the handling fee will only be $3.50 if we use your shipping account). Please contact us to determine if special shipping arrangements are possible. You may place your request in the Note box near the bottom of the Billing Information Checkout screen, send us an e-mail, or fax your request acknowledging our terms. If special arrangements are possible you will receive an e-mail acknowledging your request.
UPS Shipments To be considered for expedited UPS shipments you must contact us by 2pm PST. For UPS options: http://ups.com/content/us/en/resources/select/index.html Reimbursement of expedited shipping costs are limited to that which is provided by UPS.
FedEx Shipments To be considered for same day M-F processing, orders must be received by 10 am PST. Reimbursement of expedited shipping costs are limited to that which is provided by FedEx.
Refused/Undeliverable Packages The customer will be notified in the event that a package has been refused or returned because it was undeliverable. If the order is to be resent, an additional shipping cost will incur. A credit for the purchase price, less all shipping related costs will be issued if the order has been returned or is refused/canceled.
Visa, MasterCard, Amex, and Discover Cards accepted.
Checks and Money Orders- Make payable to GateLatchUSA. Allow 3 to 8 days for us to receive your order and payment, and 2 weeks for your payment to clear. Payments that are returned will incur a $25.00 service charge.
Items listed online are stocked and normally available (quantities may be limited). Each order is shipped complete unless a split shipment is requested. In the event that we can not fulfill your order in total, we will call or send you an e-mail listing your options.
Prices are subject to stock on hand and availability. All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and will notify customers in the event that an order has been priced incorrectly.
Oregon has no sales tax, so tax does not apply.

A volume discount may apply if your total for one item exceeds $150.00 for wire hardware and fasteners, and $500.00 for other hardware items. Please contact us for more information.
We are unable to offer wholesale pricing at this time.
GateLatchUSA warrants products to be free from defects in material and workmanship. If a product is proven defective, our liability is limited to the cost of the defective item and we will replace or issue a credit for the defective product at our option. No other warranty is expressed or implied Items should be examined prior to installation and any products found to be defective or unsuitable should be returned within 30 days from the date of receiving merchandise and in accordance with the terms of the Return Policy listed above.
The customer shall test and verify that the product is suitable for the intended use. No warranty is made for intended use and the customer assumes all risk and liability. GateLatchUSA shall not be liable for any damages or loss from the use, or inability of use, of the product. GateLatchUSAs only obligation is replacement, or credit, for the product determined defective, and is limited to the cost of the defective item.
