Magnetic Door Holders

 

An attractive, practical solution for keeping a gate or door from slamming shut.  These durable plastic door holders have a strong magnet so that you do not have to bend over to fasten or release the door or gate.  They can be mounted on the floor or the wall.

 

The door holder base anchor is a die cast spacer that allows attachment to a concrete surface.  The spacer elevates the dome/tower approximately 1/4".  Included is a 7/16" x 1-1/2" anchor w/bolt, washer & lock washer for attaching the spacer to a concrete surface and stainless steel pan head screws for attaching the dome/tower to the spacer.

The magnetic door holder includes the dome style stanchion that is mounted to the floor or wall, the catch that is mounted to the door, and 7- #6 x 1" stainless steel Phillips pan head screws.
